PJ Projects has been manufacturing pre-cast concrete rib and block first-floor slabs for more than 26 years. Big enough to meet all your pre-cast concrete requirements, yet small enough to build a relationship with you, PJ Projects has become well known for its reliability and prompt service.

PJ Projects is situated in Cullinan, just outside Pretoria. We supply precast concrete rib and block first-floor slabs to building contractors, developers and individual builders across the whole of Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga provinces. Please Note: PJ Projects are only manufacturers of the rib and block material – we do not do installation. However, we can provide clients with the names of trusted installers, who all have extensive experience working with the engineers we use on our projects.

Our value-added services

We know the cost of construction – especially if contract deadlines are not met! PJ Projects is committed to making it easy for you to obtain concrete material, in time and on budget.

We take pride in the quality of our products and offer value added services for your convenience:

  1. On request for a quotation, building plans are collected or emailed.
  2. Should an engineer’s appointment letter be required, it can be arranged with our office.
  3. Upon acceptance of the quote, a deposit of 50% is required.
  4. Delivery will take place 10 – 15 working days after final measurements and full payment have been received.
  5. An engineer’s site visit will take place after installation.
  6. A certificate will be issued upon completion.

  • Cross rib or stiffener steel
  • Approval from engineer
  • Appointment letter
  • One site inspection before readymix pour
  • Engineers certificate after site inspection
  • Design or packing plan

  • Cross rib or stiffener steel
  • Design or packing plan (to be approved by own engineer)
  • Transport to site

Existing engineer’s drawings:

  • Concrete rib and block slab material
  • Mesh
  • Cross rib or stiffener steel
  • Additional steel as per engineer’s bending schedules if any
  • Transport to site

  1. In-house draughtsmen
  2. Technical representatives
  3. Engineers to inspect and check the requirements of the installed slab system
